Payment Terms

All payments must be made in the currency stated on the applicable invoice or Proforma Invoice.

• Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments must be made in accordance with the due dates and payment terms specified on the invoice or Proforma Invoice.
• Late payment charges may be applied to overdue payments in accordance with the commercial terms agreed between the parties and applicable law.
• Payments may be made by bank transfer.
• The relevant bank and account details for payment are stated on the applicable Proforma Invoice or sales document.
• Bank charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the paying party unless otherwise agreed.

Ordering Terms

Orders may be submitted to DELROK MAKİNA by telephone or email. An order becomes confirmed only after written approval by DELROK MAKİNA.

• The product code, product name, quantity, price, delivery time, and payment terms are stated in the Order Confirmation or Proforma Invoice.
• The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the product code, dimensions, technical information, sample, or other order details provided.
• For custom-manufactured orders, production begins in accordance with the technical information approved by the Buyer.
• DELROK MAKİNA reserves the right to decline orders that it considers technically or commercially unsuitable.

Shipping Terms

Products are shipped according to the transportation method and delivery terms agreed with the Buyer.

• The carrier, shipping method, and delivery method may be determined at the ordering stage.
• If the entire order cannot reasonably be shipped at the same time, partial shipments may be made after informing the Buyer.
• Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, production schedule, order quantity, and logistics conditions.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, stated delivery and shipping dates are estimates.

Freight & Delivery

The Buyer should inspect the quantity, packaging, and general physical condition of the goods at the time of delivery.

• If missing, incorrect, or damaged products are identified, DELROK MAKİNA should be contacted as soon as possible.
• If the packaging has been damaged during transportation, the carrier should be notified at the time of delivery.
• Where possible, it is recommended that a damage report be prepared with the carrier.
• Additional charges may apply for door-to-door delivery, express shipping, special transportation, or similar additional logistics services.
• Responsibility for freight charges is determined according to the delivery terms stated in the Order Confirmation or Proforma Invoice.

Return Terms

Return requests must be submitted to DELROK MAKİNA and approved before the product is shipped back.

• DELROK MAKİNA reserves the right to reject products returned without prior approval.
• Products with customer-specific branding, logos, labels, or packaging may not be eligible for return.
• Products specially sourced based on incorrect product codes, dimensions, or technical information provided by the Buyer may not be returnable.
• Approved returned products are subject to technical and physical inspection.
• Any return credit or refund amount is determined after evaluating the condition of the product and the applicable sales terms.
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

Products to be returned or sent for technical inspection must be shipped to the address below only after prior contact with and approval from DELROK MAKİNA.
