General Warranty Coverage

Products supplied by DELROK MAKİNA may be evaluated under warranty against material and manufacturing defects depending on the nature of the product, its intended use, and the applicable sales terms.

Whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage is determined following a technical inspection performed by DELROK MAKİNA. During the evaluation, the product's operating conditions, working environment, installation method, maintenance status, and the nature of the damage are taken into consideration.

For a warranty claim to be accepted, the technical inspection must determine that the identified issue is caused by a manufacturing or material defect.

Warranty Claim and Evaluation

To evaluate a warranty claim, an invoice, proof of purchase, or relevant sales record showing that the product was supplied by DELROK MAKİNA may be required.

During the claim process, you may be asked to provide the product code, product photographs, a description of the issue, and, where possible, photographs or videos showing the fault or damage.

If deemed necessary following the preliminary evaluation, the product may be sent to DELROK MAKİNA for a detailed technical inspection.

Normal Wear and Usage-Related Conditions

The service life of spare parts used in rock drilling machines, hydraulic systems, and heavy-duty equipment may vary depending on operating hours, working environment, impact load, maintenance frequency, lubrication conditions, installation, and operator usage.

Normal wear occurring during operation on components such as bushings, bearings, pistons, seals, liners, and similar wear parts is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Natural wear during use, completion of the product's normal service life, or performance loss resulting from operating conditions is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

Failures, deformation, breakage, or damage resulting from the following conditions are not covered under warranty:

• Use of the product outside its intended purpose
• Incorrect or improper installation
• Insufficient or incorrect lubrication
• Use under unsuitable operating conditions
• Operation under excessive load or high impact
• Wear resulting from normal use
• Impact, accident, or physical damage
• Intervention by unauthorized persons
• Welding, machining, grinding, or cutting performed on the product
• Use of the product with unsuitable machinery or equipment
• Failure to follow maintenance and operating instructions
• Use of an incorrect product code or incompatible part
• Use of third-party aftermarket parts, other than those supplied by DELROK or the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), in the same rock drill
• Failure to perform periodic service and maintenance within the intervals specified by the manufacturer

Unauthorized Intervention and Product Modification

Modifications made to the product without the knowledge and approval of DELROK MAKİNA may affect its technical characteristics and operating performance.

Damage resulting from third-party machining, dimensional changes, welding, turning, grinding, cutting, or repair of the product is not covered under warranty.

Interventions that alter the product's original technical configuration may invalidate the warranty evaluation.

Warranty Terms for Custom-Manufactured Products

For custom-manufactured products produced by DELROK MAKİNA based on samples, dimensions, technical drawings, or technical information provided by the customer, warranty evaluation is based on the technical criteria agreed before production.

Incompatibilities resulting from incorrect or incomplete dimensions, technical drawings, samples, product codes, or other technical information provided by the customer are not covered under warranty.

For custom-manufactured products, DELROK MAKİNA's responsibility is limited to manufacturing the product in accordance with the approved technical specifications and production criteria.

Technical Inspection Process

For products believed to be covered under warranty, DELROK MAKİNA should first be contacted to initiate a technical inspection request.

Shipping and Product Returns for Inspection

Shipping and delivery conditions for products sent to DELROK MAKİNA for technical inspection may be agreed separately with the customer during the warranty claim process.

Products must be packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transportation.

If the product is determined to be covered under warranty, repair, replacement, and return delivery will be handled in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.

Available Warranty Remedies

If the technical inspection determines that the product is defective due to a manufacturing or material defect, an appropriate remedy will be determined based on the condition of the product.

Depending on the technical evaluation, the product may be repaired, replaced with a suitable part, or another appropriate technical solution may be applied.

The remedy is determined according to the product's construction, technical condition, and the nature of the identified issue.

Limitation of Liability

Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, use with unsuitable machinery, insufficient maintenance, inappropriate operating conditions, or intervention by third parties is not covered under warranty.

Warranty evaluation is limited to the product submitted for technical inspection and the specific defect identified.

Any statutory rights arising from applicable law that cannot be limited remain reserved.
